Well! It’s that time again. The 2016 Six Nations begins early next month and once again Kieran’s Irish Pub will be providing, for your delectation, all the games live. It promises to be a great tournament once again. There are many questions to be posed and answered after the recent World Cup. Can England, under a new coaching regime, restore their battered egos and reputations? Can Ireland become champions again without the iconic Paul O’Connell? Can Wales prove to everybody that the injury problems in the World Cup have been overcome? Can a resurgent Scotland prove competitive in the competition? Will the French surprise and delight or disappoint? Can the Italians prove that they belong in this prestigious competition. All the countries in the Six Nations tournament suffered varying disappointments during the World Cup and all have much to prove.
The competition begins on Saturday 6th February with the French hosting Italy and reaches its conclusion on Saturday 19th March with England crossing the channel to Paris.
